Upper limb & Hand Therapy

As occupational therapists, we provide specialised upper limb and hand therapy to help clients regain movement, strength, coordination, function, and independence after injury, surgery, illness, or reduced hand and arm use. Our therapy focuses on improving the practical use of the elbow, wrist, hand, and fingers in everyday activities, using personalised rehabilitation programmes that may include scar management, swelling control, splinting support, range-of-motion exercises, strengthening, fine motor retraining, sensory re-education, pain management strategies, and guidance for returning safely to work, school, sport, and daily tasks.
